Welcome to Connect Better! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the security of your account credentials.
- User Content: You are solely responsible for all content, including links, text, and images ("Content") that you post, link to, or otherwise make available via your Connect Profile. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all of your Content and that its use on our Service does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to post Content that is:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities.
- Harmful, threatening, abusive, or constitutes harassment.
- Discriminatory, hateful, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
- Spam, unauthorized advertising, or chain letters.
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, for any violation of these acceptable use policies.
Physical Products (Shop)
We sell physical products, including The Signature Cuff and related editions (collectively, "Hardware"), through our website at connectbetter.pro/shop. The following terms apply to Hardware purchases in addition to these Terms.
- Payment: Hardware orders are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Prices, shipping options, and applicable taxes or duties are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
- Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Included Pro membership:Certain Hardware bundles include a promotional period of Connect Better Pro ("Bundled Pro"). Bundled Pro is not activated automatically at checkout. An activation code is included on a leaflet inside your package. You must redeem the code at connectbetter.pro using the instructions provided. Bundled Pro is subject to these Terms and any additional redemption rules we publish. Bundled Pro has no cash value, is non-transferable unless we expressly allow otherwise, and may not be resold.
- Connect Core pairing: Hardware containing Connect Core™ NFC technology is not pre-paired to your Connect Better profile when shipped. After you receive your Hardware, you are responsible for pairing Connect Core to your profile at connectbetter.pro following our in-product instructions.
- Returns: You may request a return of unopened or unused Hardware in its original condition within ten (10) days of the date you receive the package. Return shipping costs are paid by you. To start a return, contact us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of use, damage, or tampering. Refunds for approved Hardware returns are processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Hardware defects: If your Hardware arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly via connectbetter.pro/lets.connectbetter. We will work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Subscriptions & Payments (Pro Plans)
These terms apply to recurring Connect Better Pro subscriptions purchased directly through the platform. They do not govern Bundled Pro included with Hardware, which is subject to the Physical Products section above.
- Billing: We offer paid subscription plans ("Pro Plans") that can be billed on a monthly or annual basis. By selecting a Pro Plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
- Payment: Subscription payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
- Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services, except where required by applicable law.
- Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, we will notify you. If the payment is not successfully processed within a grace period of fourteen (14) days, we reserve the right to downgrade your account to the free tier and revoke access to Pro features.
Intellectual Property
- Our Service: We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights.
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your Content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Content as necessary to provide and promote the Service.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Connect Better and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, particularly for a breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
